Lemur Art Work Add lemur art to your living space! We have recently begun an enrichment project with paints for our colony. In order to help support the colony, the lemurs are proud to offer their masterpieces to the public. This 12" x 16" painting serves as an example of the work some of our Red ruffed lemurs are producing. The four newest children of Pyxis, a Center favorite, worked on this project together. Lemur Adoption

Level 1 - Lesser Bushbaby, Loris, Bamboo Lemur, Mouse Lemur Help take care of a lemur for only $50 a year! Annual Sponsorship of a prosimian at the Duke University Primate Center. You can visit our website, http://primatecenter.duke.edu, to see more pictures of these animals. To participate, a sponsor has only to choose from our diverse selection of a Lesser Bushbaby, Loris, Bamboo Lemur, or Mouse Lemur. With the adoption, you will receive: - a biography of your adopted animal, - information about your adopted species, - a certificate of adoption, - a photo of your adopted animal, - and a tour pass. If this is a renewal of your current adoption, please put RENEWAL in the special instruction area of the order. For tax purposes, adoptions are listed as charitable contributions. Adoptions are sent via US Mail, not UPS, and are not charged shipping and handling. ** Next Day Shipping is not available on adoptions.
